erin
I am Ms. erin. I am the director of Shepherd's Flock Preschool at Chesapeake Christian Fellowship. I am also a Children's Ministry Co-ordinator. I have been a member of CCF for 14 years and have been working with children since then. You can usually catch me doing something goofy and embarassing because I believe that education can be fun and effective. Good education doesn't just come from sitting in a chair and working. We like to be hands-on as much as possible. In 2002, the pastors of CCF asked me to start the preschool as an outreach ministry. At the time, I was a special education teacher, teaching language arts, in middle school, in Prince George's County Public Schools. Even then, the Lord was starting to show me that education didn't need to be rigid and boring. As I prayed through my decision, the Lord showed me that we could be different, and that by being different, we could meet the needs of the community around us. As each year passes, we pray that the Lord continues to give us wisdom beyond ourselves to make the best preschool environment we can. No matter what else the children learn here at Shepherd's Flock, they will know that they are loved. We take every opportunity we can to show them how much they are loved. When each child leaves our hallway and classrooms, without doubt, they will take with them the love of Christ.

Loraine
Ms. Arain - this is usually how you will hear kids saying my name. It is my greatest honor to pray for and teach your children. I work with the three year olds. Beyond that, I am a mother of four, grandmother of six, and was a foster mom to many more. My heart's desire is to work diligently with these children and set them up to be successful no matter what they do. I am ready to greet them with a hug and a smile. I started working at Shepherd's Flock during the 2005-2006 school year. I have been a member here at CCF for 13 years, and my son Christian is the Student Pastor here at CCF. Not only will you find me here with the preschool during the day, but the rest of my time is spent working with the Student Ministry. The Lord made me to serve His children, and it is a blessing to serve them at CCF.

Jerry
I'm Mr. Jerry! I've been going to CCF for 3 years now. I have two wonderful daughters who have both attended Shepherd's Flock. At CCF, I serve as a trustee and with family ministry. In my free time, I like to play all types of sports and go hunting. God has given me a servant's heart and a desire to teach children about the love God has for them. I'm looking forward to great opportunities here at the preschool.

Kim
Hey! I'm Ms. Kim. You'll probably find me rolling around on the floor in the 3-year old room. I will be teaching in both classrooms this year and maintaining our awesome website. I am truly excited to join this ministry at CCF. I have been a member here for almost 10 years serving as a student ministry leader and now am branching out to work with the little ones. I have seen God do amazing things at CCF and I am ready to see more through Shepherd's Flock. I have previously worked as a nanny to a family with two young children. While I am new to Shepherd's Flock, I have great experience working with little ones. I am honored to be a part of this team helping to educate and nurture your children.
